The Kornfeld Scholars Post-Bac Program is a 2-year research experience for those who are underrepresented in medicine (URiM) in preparation for MD or MD/PhD programs.

As a post-bac you will:

  • Work in a WUSM laboratory with a mentor
  • Receive a stipend and health insurance
  • Receive funding to support MCAT prep
  • Travel to at least one scientific conference

*Dinner from Salt+Smoke will be served*
