**Attention New Applicants**

Please use NRMP Program Code – 1353140C1 when applying to Dept of Medicine’s PSTP Program in ERAS**

• All applications should be sent through Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS)
• All applicants should complete the PSTP Supplement Application

Applications should include:

• CV
• Transcript
• USMLE Step 1 scores (and Step 2, if available)
• Three recommendation letters, including one from your mentor. If you have any additional letters, please email them to MEDPSTP@wustl.edu
• PSTP Supplement Application
